Actress Rozlyn Khan is one of the most incredible, fearless personalities in the Indian entertainment industry. She’s got the guts to call a spade a ‘spade’ and that’s why, she’s known for speaking her heart out. Rozlyn never really fails to take a stand for people whenever required. The actress took a firm stand for TV actress Alisha Parveen who got replaced from the TV show Anupamaa. A lot of people have so far opined on how favouritism and industry politics have dampened the careers of many. This time, Rozlyn Khan shares her opinion on the same.

On being asked more about the same, the actress shares, “Film industry or TV industry, both are ruled by top actors, directors and producers. If you do ‘chamchagiri’, you are there or you are immediately replaced and informed to others  also so that you are not given work. We do have immpa but no actor goes to complain about such behaviours of these mafia individuals since they are powerful and they can completely ruin your career..! Alisha Parveen is one of such cases. Outsiders don’t get to work easily and when they get, at times they face replacement, & exploitation. To cut things short, the outsiders are the most vulnerable in the industry..!”
